Water makes your muscles work harder!
Water is thicker than air and provides 12 times the resistance of air.
Resistance is all around your body and allows you to work your muscles in pairs in every direction of movement. Your body gets more balanced!
Resistance increases the intensity of movement and requires a greater muscular effort which leads to bone development, muscle strengthening, and muscular endurance. You can adapt the load of resistance yourself depending on the speed, intensity and force you give to your move: the more you push the harder you work!
