Aqua Power

From CHF 21

Per participant in a group of 6, three times per week

One hour regular water exercise class in shallow or deep water or mixing both.

This class provides the perfect blend of cardio and muscle conditioning.

Upper body, core and lower body always work together. Various formats can be incorporated in a class offering an excellent cross-training: High Intensity Interval Training, Tabata, Kickboxing, Pilates, Plyometrics, choreographed moves.

Aqua Biking

From CHF 34

Per participant in a group of 4, twice per week

The new Aquatic Fitness Trend is in your pool! During this 45 minutes class, you will ride a stationary bike immerged in a pool at waist level without impact on your joints. Your lower body will always be in a constant state of work using the resistance of water. The intensity depends on the speed, force and power you give to your pedaling. Your lower body will also benefit from the massage effect offered by water’s turbulence, reducing the appearance of cellulite.

Aqua Circuit

From CHF 30

Per participant in a group of 5, three times per week

This one hour class incorporates various stations of 3 minutes each. Stations include shallow and deep workout. Each station targets the major components of physical fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, agility, balance, power and speed. Some stations can include the use of equipment such as belts, noodles, hand-buoys or Aqua Bike.

Aqua Combo

From CHF 29

Per participant in a group of 4, three times per week

One hour class of either Aqua Power or Aqua Biking during the 6 weeks session (3 classes of each).

The Combo offers the possibility of enjoying both type of classes and taking advantage of their multiples benefits.

Aqua Fitness Revolution will provide the expertise of an AEA Certified Trainer and the appropriate equipment.

Aqua Fitness Revolution is designed for participants of all age groups, all fitness levels & abilities.

Athletes, adults, teens and seniors will always enjoy safe, challenging and effective workouts.


Private Classes

One on one class.

Prior to your first session, the trainer will discuss your goals and assess your current health and fitness status.


Semi-Private Classes

2 to 6 participants depending on pool size and slope.
